This is a GREAT word Jacob Kail! One of the things the Lord will restore is the genuineness of relationships between the saints. There is a witness to the world when we are deeply connected and living as one (John 17:20-23)

Such a blessing to have yall here! I enjoyed singing Christmas carols this year more than I ever have because of the gravity of the words. Hymns have phased out of most modern churches but I love that at Christmas everyone revisits them and enjoys the strength and beauty of the language used to Worship the father and the Holy Spirit, but especially The Son. I look forward to seeing yall soon!

Yes, the words to these familiar songs are so great. Adding my own to the list,

From “Angels from the Realms of Glory”:

Sages, leave your contemplations,
Brighter visions beam afar;
Seek the great desire of nations,
Ye have seen His natal star;

And from “Joy to the World” (which is always appropriate to belt out year ’round ), this verse is my favorite:

“No more let sins and sorrows grow,
Nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found…”
