This past Sunday I preached a message at River in the Hills Church called “In Due Season” and I feel like it is a message for the new year. God works in times and seasons and it is important to be in tune with what season we are in so that we can act accordingly.
If we can discern what season we are in, it will help us to understand some of our present circumstances better. For instance, there is a season of sowing and a season of reaping. If we are in a time of sowing, we must continue to be faithful while we wait patiently for the harvest we hope to reap.
